Condo Insurance Pros started as a small insurance firm in Michigan, aiming to help condominium associations make sense of ever-changing insurance space that they face. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help communities in other states, so we expanded our services nationwide. We allow our clients see beyond just the premium they pay by helping them source the best possible coverage, while educating them on the insurance needs of their unique community.

Currently, we are a boutique powerhouse insurance agency that offers a full suite of services in order to help our customers protect their community as seamlessly and painlessly as possible. We value our customers above everything else.

OUR MISSION

We're on a mission to change the way the condominium insurance buying process works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect carriers and coverage that fit their needs, and budgets.

We want to live in a world where a condominium board or manager can buy insurance policies that match their needs, rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. We want them to understand what they are buying and why they are buying it. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
